Twin Seamer Air Float Table

The Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table is designed to work alongside the PST TWS 4x106 Dry or Wet Glass Twin Seamer, providing air-assisted glass handling for faster, easier edge finishing. By supporting the weight of the glass on a cushion of air, the table reduces operator fatigue and allows all four edges of the glass to be seamed efficiently and accurately.

Features and Specifications:

Heavy-duty frame fabricated from 3" x 2" and 2" x 2" heavy-wall tubular steel with fully MIG-welded construction.
Non-marking carpet-covered tabletop to protect glass surfaces during processing.
Adjustable 2" x 3" heavy-wall tubular steel legs with integrated 1" threaded jack bolts for precise leveling without shims.
22" x 22" operator access cutout for improved handling of smaller glass lites.
11" x 16" machine insertion cutout for seamless integration with the Twin Seamer.
Full-plenum air flotation system powered by a standard 3 HP blower (5 HP optional).
Available for 208V, 230V, or 480V, 3-phase electrical service (voltage specified by customer).
