PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
This complete line consists of Aculite High Precision table & break out table. The Aculite Bullet HP scores at a maximum speed of 1,250 + inches per minute and accelerates at 60 inches per second/second.
This CNC high precision glass cutting machine is a 3-Axis model design for full geometric shape cutting capability, XYZ direction scoring and scores sheet size of 24" x 24" & 36" x 36", 48” x 48” to a tolerance of +/- .010 inches & .5 mm to 3 mm thick glass.
The Aculite Bullet HP table is ball screw driven by state of the art step and direction digital Servo Motor system which has 40% less electronics and electrical wiring than competitive Servo Motor driven tables.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
Fabricated from heavy duty aluminum extrusion.
SOFTWARE FEATURES
Licensed Aculite software is provided with each system at no additional cost. This high yield software optimizes glass usage over multiple orders, glass sheet sizes and types. The user friendly menu entry library contains twenty two + geometric shapes. All system operating functions are software set, eliminating most mechanical adjustments. Aculite software is equipped for standard DXF file scoring.
