HEATED ROLLER PRESS

The PST Heated Roller Press is engineered for high-speed production of insulating glass units using DuraSeal® spacer systems. Combining controlled heating, precision roller compression, variable-speed operation, and integrated temperature monitoring, the press provides consistent processing and accurate IG unit sizing. Its unique 90° tilting upper heating assembly provides quick, convenient access for lamp replacement and cleaning, significantly reducing maintenance time and labor.

Unique 90° Tilting Heating Assembly
Upper heating lamp assembly pivots from horizontal to 90° vertical using a cable-and-winch system.
Provides full access to both upper and lower heating sections for cleaning and maintenance.
Allows a single operator or small maintenance crew to quickly replace burned-out quartz heating lamps.
Eliminates the need to completely remove upper and lower lamp housings for routine maintenance.
