The Aculite Bullet is a high-performance CNC glass cutting system designed for glass fabricators, mirror manufacturers, and insulating glass producers requiring fast, accurate, and automated production. The system combines optimized glass cutting, 3-axis shape scoring, automatic sheet squaring and transfer, and a comprehensive shape library to maximize production efficiency and glass yield. Available in 72" × 96" and 102" × 144" cutting configurations, the Aculite Bullet can be configured as a complete production line with automatic free-fall loading, breakout equipment, and sorting controls.

Automated Glass Handling

The Aculite Bullet can be configured with an automatic four-station free-fall loading system to reduce manual glass handling and increase production throughput. The complete system can also incorporate a breakout table, free-fall racks, harp storage racks, and a breakout sorting monitor. PST currently offers automatic multiple-station free-fall loading as an available configuration for the Aculite Bullet product line.

Breakout & Sorting

A dedicated breakout table provides an efficient location for separating scored glass lites after cutting. The optional breakout sorting monitor system can identify storage locations and cutting information for the breakout operator, helping streamline sorting and reduce paperwork.

Precision Cutting System

The Aculite Bullet's cutting bridge is constructed from heavy-wall aluminum extrusion and incorporates precision linear guideways. The bridge and cutting head are servo driven for rapid positioning and accurate scoring. The cutting head accommodates scoring in multiple directions and is designed for quick access to the scoring wheel and cutting-oil system.
