BREAKOUT & FREE FALL AIR FLOAT

Designed for integration with CNC glass scoring systems such as the PST Aculite, the Aculite-Style Breakout and Free Fall Air Float Tables provide efficient glass handling, positioning, and breakout capabilities. Utilizing a full-plenum air flotation system, these tables allow operators to easily maneuver glass while minimizing surface contact and handling effort. Available in breakout or freefall configurations, they are ideal for low- to medium-volume glass fabrication operations and can be customized with a variety of options to meet specific production requirements.

Breakout & Free Fall Air Float Tables (Aculite-Style)

Features and Specifications:

Designed for use with CNC glass scoring tables.
Available as either a Breakout Table or Free Fall Air Float Table.
Standard air flotation system suitable for glass up to 1/4" thick.
Full-plenum air flotation design provides smooth glass movement and positioning.
Non-tilting table construction for stability and durability.
Heavy-duty welded steel construction:
Base fabricated from 3" square heavy-wall steel tubing.
Top frame fabricated from 2" x 2" rectangular heavy-wall steel tubing.
Carpet-over-composite tabletop protects glass surfaces during handling.
High-density composite board tabletop with adhesive-bonded needle-punch carpet.
PVC edge trim extends carpet life and protects tabletop edges.
Foot pedal-operated air flotation blower control for hands-free operation.
Mounted on four swivel casters for easy positioning within the facility.
Four adjustable jack screws for leveling and setting operating height.
Fully skirted base reduces blower noise and improves workplace comfort.
Suitable for manual overhead loading and glass transfer operations.
Free Fall loading recommended only for glass up to 1/4" thickness.
