BALL CASTER ACTUATED PNEUMATIC TILT TOP TABLE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The superiorly constructed tables tilt top frame is constructed from 2” square heavy wall tubular steel. The ball casters are mounted onto the tilt top frame. The casters are 2” diameter neoprene spherical balls and the overall height of the ball caster is 2 5/8”. The neoprene spherical caster balls will not scratch the glass.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
The PST Ball Caster Pneumatic Tilt Top Table base is fabricated from 2” x 3” heavy wall tubular steel with all MIG welded construction. The table base legs are equipped with 1 ¼” diameter jack bolt to enable adjustment of table working height from 34” to 37. These adjustable legs allow the user to level the table without floating the floor or using shims.
Construction of top frame is all MIG welded. Two 4 ½” diameter heavy duty 16” stroke pneumatic cylinders with built in cushion/flow valves to control rise and descent of the table top in the last few inches of travel. Tables requires 75 psi and 5 cfm air source for operation.
The PST Ball Caster Pneumatic Tilt Top Table is available with ball casters mounted on either 6” x 8” centers or 12” centers. The table can be equipped with optional automatic drop down roller toes.

The PST Ball Caster Pneumatic Tilt Top Table pneumatically tilts to a vertical position for lateral transfer of large single sheets in the fabrication of insulating units or transfer of completed IG Units to carts or racks.
