ACULITE BULLET COMBO CNC GLASS CUTTING TABLE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The Aculite Bullet Combo scores & edge deletes at a speed of 3,600 + inches per minute and accelerates at 110 inches per second/second. The 3-Axis model allows for full geometric shape cutting/deletion. Aculite Bullet Combo models are available to score sheet size of 72” x 96”, & 102” x 144”.
This CNC high precision glass cutting machine is equipped with a built in glass sheet belt conveyor transfer system plus auto squaring & positioning stops and cuts to tolerance of +/- 1/64” and scores single strength to ½” thick glass ( 2 mm to 12 mm ).
The Aculite Bullet Combo table is driven by state of the art step and direction digital Servo Motor system which has 40% less electronics and electrical wiring than competitive Servo Motor driven tables.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
Fabricated from heavy duty all MIG welded steel construction from 3” x 2” & 3" x 3" heavy wall tubular steel.
SOFTWARE FEATURES
Licensed Aculite software is provided with each system at no additional cost. This high yield software optimizes glass usage over multiple orders, glass sheet sizes and types. The user friendly menu entry library contains twenty two + geometric shapes. All system operating functions are software set, eliminating most mechanical adjustments. Aculite software is equipped for standard DXF file scoring.
